Remote SPRT

Geekology Services prefers a more personalized experience when it comes to support. Therefor we usually only do remote support to check on existing clients. The software we use does not install anything permanent on your computer, therefor we can only view your computer with your permission at the time you are downloading the remote support software. Here are some issues we may use remote support for.

  • - Assist in software installation
  • - $40 every 30 min

Maintenance

This contract would provide a Geekology tech for your services on a monthly/weekly basis to keep everything running smooth and allow you to have a tech on call 24/7.
